Manduka eKO Lite 4 mm Yoga Mat

A lighter natural rubber yoga mat for everyday practice, studio use or travel. The 4 mm thickness provides cushioning while retaining the feel of a thinner mat and stable contact with the floor.

The eKO Lite has a closed-cell surface, so it does not absorb moisture. During heavier sweating the surface may become more slippery; in that case, a yoga mat towel is recommended for additional grip.

Care
