Terms of purchase
These terms apply to purchases made through the yogastuff.shop online store and to use of the website.

Products
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, variants and stock information are accurate. Minor differences in colours shown on screens or updates to manufacturer packaging or design do not in themselves mean that an item is non-conforming if its essential characteristics correspond to the information provided. Manufacturer information and labelling on the delivered item should be considered together with the online store description.
Orders and conclusion of the contract
Before placing an order, the buyer can review the selected item, variant, quantity, price, delivery method and other order information. The contract is considered concluded when the order is accepted and an order confirmation is provided to the customer. If we cannot fulfil the order due to actual unavailability, an obvious technical error or another lawful reason, we will inform the customer and refund any payment received where applicable.
Prices and payment
Prices in the store are shown in euros. VAT is included where applicable. The final order price, delivery charges and other applicable fees are shown to the customer before the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery methods and timeframes are described on the Shipping page. The buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery and contact details.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Information and the electronic withdrawal route are available on the Withdraw from the contract and Returns pages. These terms may not be interpreted as limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Product conformity and statutory guarantee
The seller is liable for lack of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer law. For Lithuanian consumers, the statutory legal guarantee for lack of conformity applies for two years from delivery of the goods. Any commercial guarantee provided by a manufacturer or seller is additional and cannot reduce statutory rights. More information: Product conformity and legal guarantee.
Food supplements and health information
Descriptions of food supplements and other wellness products provide product information and are not individual medical advice. Use products according to the current manufacturer label and mandatory labelling. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional regarding suitability.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at labas@aysv.lt regarding an order or product. We will seek to resolve the matter directly. If a consumer is not satisfied with our response or does not receive a response within the period prescribed by law, they may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
Intellectual property
Texts, design elements, trademarks, photographs and other materials on yogastuff.shop may be protected by intellectual property rights. Their use for commercial purposes without a lawful basis or the rights holder's permission is prohibited.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the protection granted to consumers by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where such protection applies.
