Electronic withdrawal from the contract

If you purchased goods online as a consumer, in the cases provided by law you may withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Submit a withdrawal / return request

Open the order self-service area and sign in with the email address used for the order. Before an order is dispatched, the self-service area may offer a cancellation action; after delivery it may offer a return request where the product and time limit meet the applicable rules.

Another way

Withdrawal is not limited to the self-service area. You can clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at labas@aysv.lt. Please provide your first name, last name and order number.

What happens next

Once we receive the request, we will provide return instructions. You must send or hand the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
