A moisture-absorbing towel placed over a yoga mat for additional grip and hygiene during intense or hot yoga. Skidless® silicone dots on the underside help keep the towel in place on the mat.

How to use

Wash separately before first use. Place on the mat with silicone dots facing down. If you need more grip at the start of practice, lightly dampen the areas under the hands and feet. After practice, do not roll a damp towel together with the mat.

Care

Wash cold with similar colours. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. Tumble dry low or air dry. Initially wash vivid colours separately.
