Preparation and use

Mix 2.75 scoops (about 10.4 g) with 500 ml water and shake well. Take 1 serving per day.

Creatine monohydrate, electrolyte blend (sea salt, potassium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, calcium from calcareous marine algae, vitamin C, zinc bisglycinate, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin, folic acid, D-biotin), flavourings, inulin, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), colour (beetroot red).
