Preparation and use

Mix 8 scoops (about 270 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. The manufacturer's information for the EU market recommends 1 serving per day.

Ingredients

Fine oats, protein blend (whey protein concentrate (milk), milk protein concentrate, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), reduced-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, creatine monohydrate, medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) powder, magnesium citrate, DigeZyme® enzyme complex, sweetener sucralose, zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate, vitamin C and vitamin D3.
